September is here and fall weather has seemed to come along with it.  Here in Massachusetts it's been relatively cool after a hot summer, and it's getting me in the mood for fall and winter cooking!  Fall is time for tailgating food, breaking out the slow cooker, soups, casseroles for church events, and of course, apples and pumpkins!
